How it works

Your Steps
1st step: Call 256-509-1207 to open a support request.
2nd step: Click on the GoToAssist Connection or "Here" button above and enter your name and the support key you'll get from your tech on the phone.
Click Continue and follow the instructions on your screen (downloads and installs LogMeIn GoToAssist).
Click "Yes" to the allow remote connection message.

Support Tech Steps
Your support tech will check the connection first and then start the work by running scans, checking logs, and run updates if needed. The amount of time it will take the tech depends on your computer and internet speeds. It will normally take 1/2 hour to an hour unless updates are needed to upgrade your computer to the latest release of your operating system. Updating from Windows 10 version 1903 or older to the latest version can take over an hour just for the update to download and install. We'll do this last, giving you instructions on what to expect. If you get stuck, call us and well make sure you're on the right track.
Again your internet speed will determine how long it will take.

At this point your system should be running much better. Some things to consider after allowing us to clean up your system for you. Increasing system memory or changing from an old Hard Drive to a Solid State Drive can make your system seem like new or better. We can do this for you if you decide to do so with a 24 hour turn around.
